The Hop Rooms has been creatively renovated and refurbished to offer extremely versatile and adaptable contemporary spaces, so whether you are thinking of holding an event for 10 people or 300 people, our unique spaces will be absolutely perfect, ensuring amazing flexibility for you to create your bespoke event. The rich history of the venue and beautiful Georgian characteristics of the surrounding buildings have been retained through the traditional style of the cosy Bramling Bar, which is a perfect space for more intimate and smaller events. This rustic vibe has been seamlessly complemented with the modern and more contemporary Sovereign Suite and its attached marquee, lending itself to bigger events and corporate launches. Having this unique blend and the opportunity of using both spaces means that even the smallest of gatherings are not lost, whilst still providing more than enough space for larger corporate launches and events. No matter how big or small your event is, our spectacular venue is always hired out on an exclusive basis, so you can be assured it remains completely private for you and your guests.

 

The Contemporary Sovereign Suite

The Sovereign Suite is a very modern and contemporary refurbished function room with a brand-new elegant marquee attached, which boasts floor length windows providing panoramic views overlooking beautifully manicured lawns and the stunning rose garden. This impressive room itself can seat up to 120 people, which can be increased to accommodate 160 guests if the attached marquee were also to be used, and can be styled in any way you would like it to be. The Sovereign Suite is fully equipped with audio visual equipment and is climate controlled with both central heating and air conditioning to ensure your guests are comfortable. Everything that you need to make sure your event is a success is right here.


The Cosy Bramling Bar

The Bramling Bar, which adjoins the Sovereign Suite, brings a more cosy and chic vibe, seating a maximum of 50 delegates with several breakout spaces, which make it perfect for more intimate and relaxed business meetings and seminars.

With all the wonderful rooms surrounded by our stunning four-acre gardens and exceptional open spaces, why not take advantage of the breath-taking and tranquil setting and extend your event into the garden for some team-building activities.
